Where is my order?

What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all items purchased through our website.
Who will be responsible for any additional tax or duties?
We cover all taxes and duties, so there are no additional charges or hidden costs beyond the listed price. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by sending an email at support@Kesarihome.com
Please note that cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a refund, which will be processed through your original payment method within 7 business days.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Items delivered outside India are not eligible for return or refund. However, exchanges are available within 7 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- The buyer must select an exchange item of equal or greater value.
- The original item must be shipped in sellable condition to our Indian warehouse by the buyer, who will cover the shipping costs and any related taxes or duties.
- After a quality check, any necessary balance payment will be processed, and the new item will be shipped (shipping costs covered by Kesari Home).
- If the new item is of higher value, the buyer will pay the difference. If of lower value, a coupon for the remaining amount will be issued, valid for 6 months.

How do I know if an item is eligible for a return?
Items delivered outside India are not eligible for return or refund. However, exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the exchange conditions mentioned above.
How can I change or cancel my order?

What if my item is damaged, defective, or not what I ordered?

Are the colours in product images accurate?
The product images on our website reflect true colours, but slight variations may occur due to your device’s screen settings. If you need more images or details, please contact us directly at support@kesarihome.com .
