What is your return policy?
For Items Delivered Within India
You are eligible for returns, refunds, and exchanges for items delivered within India, subject to the following guidelines:
- Request Timeline: You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a request, please contact us at support@kesarihome.com
- Product Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange to pick up the item from your location at a mutually agreed time within the following week. Please ensure the item is packed in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. We will process your refund or exchange only after the item passes this inspection.
- Refund Process: If the item is approved for a refund, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking) within 10 Business days of receiving the item.
- Exchange Process:
- If you choose to exchange the item, you must select a replacement item of equal or greater value.
- If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
- If the new item is of lower value, we will issue a coupon for the remaining, valid for 6 months.
For Items Delivered Outside India
Items delivered outside India are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The buyer must select an exchange item of equal or greater value.
- The original item must be shipped in sellable condition to our Indian warehouse by the buyer, who will cover the shipping costs and any related taxes or duties.
- After a quality check, any necessary balance payment will be processed, and the new item will be shipped (shipping costs covered by Kesari Home).
- If the new item is of higher value, the buyer will pay the difference. If of lower value, a coupon for the remaining amount will be issued, valid for 6 months.

Who pays for shipping back to Kesari Home?
For all returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to our Indian warehouse. Any duties, taxes, or fees related to the return shipment, either in your country or upon arrival in India, will be your responsibility.
Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
