Living Rooms:

For living rooms, large rugs (6 x 9 feet or larger) are ideal. Ensure that the rug is large enough to accommodate all your furniture in the area you plan to place it , with the front legs of your sofa and chairs on the rug.This helps to anchor the space and create a cohesive look. Alternatively a smaller rug of the size 3x5 feet or 4x6 feet fits snugly in the centre under the coffee table in a medium sized living room.

Dining Rooms:

The rug in your dining room should extend at least slightly beyond the edge of the dining table, ensuring that chairs sit comfortably on it, even when pulled out. Common sizes for dining rooms are 8x10 feet (For a six seater approx) or 9x12 feet ( For a eight seater approx)

Bedrooms:
